Who we are

Mise is a product of Lumenworks LLC (“we”, “us”). We build websites for independent restaurants. This policy covers mise-engine.com (the marketing site you're reading) and the websites we build and host for our customers.

What we collect

From this marketing site:

• Form submissions (name, restaurant, email, phone, message) — only when you submit our contact form.
• Anonymous, aggregated traffic data (page views, referrers) — no per-visitor profiling, no third-party ad cookies.

From customer sites we host: see your tenant's privacy policy.

How we use it

• Reply to your inquiry.
• Improve the marketing site (which sections people read, where they bounce).
• Send occasional product updates — only if you opt in.

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party retargeting pixels.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and forwarded to mise-help@lumenworks.app. Hosting is on Netlify (this site) and Cloudflare (customer sites).

Your rights

Email us to ask what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. We respond within a business week. No forms, no portals, no friction.
