Terms of service

The short version

• You hire us to build and host your restaurant's website.
• You own your content, your domain, and your brand. Always.
• We hosting your site for the monthly fee. You can leave anytime; we hand you the export.
• If we break it, we fix it. If you break it (legal/policy violations), we may suspend.

The full terms are in your signed contract. This page is a public summary; the contract is the authoritative document.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mise to host content that's illegal, infringing, or designed to harm others. Standard stuff. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Service availability

We aim for >99.9% uptime. We don't guarantee zero downtime — no honest host does. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when it could be customer-visible.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. We archive your site, hand you a CSV export of your structured data, and stop billing at the end of the current cycle. No early-termination fees. No clawback on setup.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects existing customers, we email everyone affected at least 30 days before the change.
